How to Carry: Carry Kupkake box from the bottom only. Keep it level at all times during transport & storing.

Refrigeration Tips: Leave in the box & place in the refrigerator. Take Kake out of fridge 1-2 hours before serving.

How to Display: Use a kupkake stand at least one inch larger than the cake board

Before Eating: Carefully remove all cake decorations/dowels/straws etc before cutting & serving.

How to Save Leftovers after an Event: Put extra in an airtight container in the refrigerator

Upon receipt of your invoice, a 50% deposit is due in order to secure the date for your order and purchase the items needed to create your custom Kake.

If you fail to make your deposit on the date your invoice is received, a 10% late fee will be charged after the first 24 hours. Thereafter, your invoice will automatically cancel out after 48 hours of an unpaid deposit .

The remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to your event. Unfortunately, We do not offer refunds. Unique Kustom Kreations Kakery has a (“No Refund Policy”) however we will go above and beyond to ensure each customer is satisfied.

The Kakery will offer you a “Kakery Credit” to replace your merchandise or book a custom item for a future event.

All merchandise must be ordered at least 7 days prior to an event. For larger cakes such as weddings you can order months in advance (it is recommended).

If a customer orders any merchandise after the 7 day allotted ordering period a 30% expedited surcharge fee will be added to the total charge of your order.
