Thanks for choosing Unique Kustom Kreations Kakery ! I truly appreciate your support! I strive for perfection in every item I create.

Upon receipt of your invoice, a 50% deposit is due in order to secure the date for your order and purchase the items needed to create your custom Kake.

If you fail to make your deposit on the date your invoice is received, a 10% late fee will be charged after the first 24 hours. Thereafter, your invoice will automatically cancel out after 48 hours of an unpaid deposit .

The remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to your event.  Unfortunately, We do not offer refunds. Unique Kustom Kreations Kakery has a (“No Refund Policy”) however we will go above and beyond to ensure each customer is satisfied.

The Kakery will offer you a “Kakery Credit” to replace your merchandise or book a custom item for a future event. 

All merchandise must be ordered at least 7 days prior to an event. For larger cakes such as weddings you can order months in advance (it is recommended).

If a customer orders any merchandise after the 7 day allotted ordering period a 30% expedited surcharge fee will be added to the total charge of your order.

We do offer delivery for your merchandise: delivery fees are calculated by mileage and distance

Your delivery fee is calculated based on the mileage and distance the delivery location is from The Kakery. The first 5 miles are free each mile thereafter is $1.50 per mile.

When driving with your Kreation,  place on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle away from lose objects- drive slow.
